You can add anyone in each category, whether it is Ratchet or non-Ratchet characters. Even real people or inanimate items are acceptable as your team mates too.

I don't mean to answer for him, but I would probably disagree with the idea because Qwark founded the team, and everything in the team represents Qwark, and it all fits him so well. And remember that Qwark is (no matter how much you dislike him) the third protagonist in the series.

Plus, "Hero force" just sounds far too generic for the Ratchet and Clank universe, or any good franchise for that matter.
It doesn't really matter because the anime crossovers won't happen.
But this is not the point of this topic.
