Have you heard the Ratchet and Clank games in national languages other than in English?
If so, which language(s) did you hear the game(s) in?
Here are the ones that I've heard so far:
- French (obviously that would show up on the list)
- Spanish
- Japanese
- German

I prefer original sound of voices. But I have heard French´s voices and I must admit they are pretty good. (Except Ratchet - that voice did not fits to him…

I think those who have played the English version of the Ratchet games would definitely think that way just because we are used to the voices already.
I remember hearing the voice cast in French a couple of years ago, which I may need to check again since I don't quite remember what the characters voices are like in French now. The only performance I remember that sounded good in French was Clank. His voice sounded robotic like and was pretty close to David Kaye's (English voice actor of Clank) performance of the character. :oui:
I've also checked some clips from ACIT in Spanish yesterday (thanks to CuteSigma) and there were some characters that weren't too bad in that language. In my opinion, Sigmund, Orvus, Lawrence and Ratchet had the most interesting voices in Spanish.
Sigmund's voice felt quite weak, but it was enjoyable and fun like in the English version.
Orvus voice had the typical wise old man voice, but it suited him quite well.
Lawrence sounded perfect in Spanish. His voice was quite identical to Lawrence's English voice.
And Ratchet's voice may have sounded older in Spanish, but the tone of his voice kind of made Ratchet funny and charming overall.
I hate a-synchronized speach when it comes to seeing a English-based animation, coupled with a different language. The language settings of my PS3 were Dutch, until I got the Tools of Destruction. I have seen several trailers of it, and got used to the English voice. The Dutch voice was undubitably the worst voice acting I have ever heard. :U

If you are interested in hearing the games in Japanese, watch out for Ratchet's design. His massive eyebrows might spook you to death. 
But yeah, I'm quite surprised that the Dutch language is pretty bad in the Ratchet games. Usually English based animations would sound good in Swedish or Dutch, but I guess I was wrong about that one. Although, if I see a clip of one of the game in Dutch, perhaps I might have a different opinion about it compared to what you thought about it Suki.
I would really like to hear the games in Portuguese one day, but I can't find any cut scenes or gameplay footage that provides that language online. When it comes to hearing a game in a different language, Portuguese is pretty underrated in multilanguages… except maybe for animated films.
So far the lagnuages I've heard in ACiT are English, French, Japanese, and Spanish I once read a youtube comment on Sigmund's Secret video (I like to read what the comments say in my fave videos sometimes don't ask why it's just a little habit I do every now and then) that in Danish language sigmund's voice is childish and weak ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dU_o6zvL_Q here is where I first saw that comment posted by Dracofilia) I wanted to find that cutscene in Danish version so I can hear how childish and weak it is but I can't find it anywhere no matter how hard I try if anyone here manage to find it or make a video of it I'll be very thankful.

If you have a PS3, you should try setting your system language to Portuguese so you can play the game in that language. Well, it worked with me… It might also get to do with the PAL/SECAM and NTSC stuff… But that doesn't go for HD tv's right?[/off topic]

- Ratchet's voice is not so bad in German. Clank's voice may sounds older just like the Spanish version, but it is quite enjoyable overall.

- Qwark sounds quite good in German. He sounds kind of prissy though, but it seems to fit him pretty well.

I think I tried it once but it dosn't work …. unless I did it wrong somehow =/ maybe I should check it out now see what happens.
well I've checked it turns out it dosn't work for me no matter what language I chose the game is still in english =/

Yeah, I was surprised to hear Nefarious voice to sound good in German too. More impressive than Nefarious' Spanish voice. His voice had character, but it was extremely high pitched overall. Also, not to sound immature here, but Nefarious in Spanish sounded like he was constipated throughout. 
Dutch Azimuth sounds like an drunk guy who cantstop eating with his mouth full
