I wouldn't really count Johnny Test, Jak nor Torn for the red hair category. Johnny test may have some red streaks on him, but his local hair colour is blonde. Same goes for Jak, but he never had any red in his hair at all. As for Torn, his hair looked brown to me. The shade of his hair may look reddish, but overall his hair is brown.
