of course Ratchet is a great hero, but i want to know what your human childhood hero is.
For me it would be Neil Armstrong, he did a great job together with the crew of Apollo 11, i will never forget that line.
That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.
Well the my childhood hero has to be my parents because they knowing no english what so ever and knowing no one in america moved here to make something of themselves 
I didn't really had anyone famous to looked up to. But, the one person that was and still is my childhood hero is my sister. She pretty much always made me feel a bit more independent about myself and appreciates the things I do.
She also had helped me through many years, especially helping me with homework back then when I had difficulty in learning at a young age.
My childhood hero was a girl who use to be my best friend. her name was Emily, and even though she cussed alot, she was a good role model (sorta, i got a good 90% of my independence from her) but now she is nothing but a twilight and boy opsessed skank. It's very sad…

I had once a close friend who supported and defended me as years went by. She was my only childhood friend since I didn't had too many good friends as a kid.
But I guess once we got older, we went through our separate ways with different interests and hanging with different crowds of people. Despite all that, we were still close friends, until I recently got mad at her for a personal reason. Now I don't even bother chasing after her if I ever want to hang out with her.
So sometimes long relationships with a childhood friend don't stay that long, unless you are lucky enough to have a really trustworthy friend, like my sister and her really close friend.
