It is. Now I can't think of anymore annoying characters…unless we went on about Qwark again.
Or Susie.
I didn't find her to be too annoying. I guess she filled in that small space where Ratchet can see himself from years back. As in being an orphan, being impulsive, etc.
The most annoying character is Qwark(aka Captain Loser) by me.
He's really stupid, etc. But, luckily, I always ignore Qwark and his stupidities.

Don't get me wrong I love Al, but he is constantly telling you to:
A- Play the new vid-comic you got.
B- Buy a new armor cause your dying alot.
C- Go to the VR Training If you haven't completed it yet.
It's that he always says the same thing except for "A".
