Clank might. He turned time back after all. Ratchet won't, as he was brought into a different timeline by Clank turning back time. At most, it may manifest in some strange dreams.

I guessed Clank would remember it, do you think if it was a powerful enough blow he'd still get pains there? I'm thinking of incorporating that somehow.
I doubt it, seeing as Clank changed time to fix it.
