I just come to think over the fact of Ratchet and clank all 4 one being the only game in the series (As i know, and remember) Being the only Ratchet and Clank game being updated… I'm just talking about bug fixes and such… but why not on ACIT QFB or TOD?

Good question, but I do believe its because All 4 One had many complaints for its bugs when it came to playing multiplayer online. Whereas the single player games like TOD and ACIT were focused on single player experiences that required minor glitches that didn't affect the entire game.
I'm not sure if online multiplayer in general consists more bugs and glitches than in a single player game.
Well I know for a fact that ACiT has been updated at least twice in the past, they were only minor bug fixes, but it has definatley been updated! 
As lombaxdude42 said, ACiT was updated a few times.
But also you must remember this is an online game, and like EVERY other online game I can think of, they get updated quite a bit (take a quick look at LBP, but that is a more extreme case)
