Thread: Uncharted 3

Uncharted 3 is a very good game, it's got all that people would like. I showed my Brother all the games in my collection, U3 sucked him in like the Suck Cannon does to those tiny little buggers in R&C1.
Show it to my best friend, he got a new favourite game that day. Show it to my Cousin, it was all that was on his mind for the rest of the week.
Ratchet 25ZX I urge you to try it too, it is a good game. If you haven't played it it's worth at least a one week hire.

As for me in the game. I play offline 99% of the time (that's a lot) whenever I'm connected to the Internet I will play a game like LBP or Resistance 3, or Resistance 2. I've given Uncharted 3 a couple of tries, but I just can't get the hang of it like I can the campaign.
Sadly I can't undergo training or practice because I'm never online.

WE SHOULD PLAY ONLINE TOGETHER!

Although I reckon the Uncharted series does sound pretty good… I just can't get the hang of all the controls… well Don't know why but when I played UC2 I got up to the part where you have to take out all those guards without getting caught… I freaked cause I couldn't get passed

Well I've played UC2 campaign, never tried the multiplayer, and really enjoyed it even though the final boss was a real pain (especially on superhard). I was considering getting UC3, but never got round to it, A4O came out, then the trilogy and to be frank I knew where my money would be going.

How does it fare against UC2? Although my gaming time is all occupied atm. I'm still tempted.

I enjoyed A4O, I tend to play online with 2-3 other people, but as with most things I don't buy until they've been released for several weeks/months, cos PS3 games can be expensive when they're released (£40+ depending on the game). I'll usually buy stuff 2nd hand, but with the PSN pass they've bought out that doesn't really work anymore…..
Also me and my brother tend to share things like Assassins Creed and Uncharted, but we never decided who was getting what so we sort of forgot about it. I went for R&C (which he doesn't like) and he decided on Modern Warfare/Call of Duty (which I don't like).

Uncharted 3 is similar to UC2, though the characters had some serious changes. Drake and Elena I think got married, then split up. And the game has a lot to do with Sully, and how important he is to booth Nate and Elena. Plus we see an enemy that has been threatening Nate and Sully for 20 years! That's a long time! But has been around for 400 years, that's like a forever! It's a pretty darn good game, and I would say you need to give it a shot, for it is without a doubt one of the more awesome Uncharted experiences.

There are the pros, here are the cons.
NO MEDALS! Which means there are NO EXTRAS. That's right no Invulnerability, no Unlimited ammo, no weapon unlocks, and worst of all no game tweaks whatsoever! But I suppose it would be hard for them to work in this extremely cinematic game.
