Just straight up when Ratchet died. I laughed so hard!
but seriously my thought processes were like
'oh, no Azimuth's gone all evil on us… I knew he'd crack!'
'oh boy I get to fight him as Clank!'
'cool Sigmund is helping'
'i wonder how Ratchet will get saved after I've fought Azimuth'
'oh, very clever'
'yay grind boots!'
seriously, I never thought for a second Ratchet would stay dead. Thank god Azimuth died though

Those were both from ACiT 
ACiT is so very epic, so many twists and the deep story of Ratchet and Clank.. I love it, and i can't tell which one was my favorite moment 
But i really like the part of ToD when
Clank gets "kidnapped" by the zoni. It was very emotional
