I just imagine the beggining as Ratchet is checking some of his weapons and throws them offscreen. Then he says "I need more guns." Clank, standing nearby, says "Ratchet? Seriously?" And then it shows a HUGE pile of weapons behing Ratchet.
Then they pull out an old blue Gadgetron vendor, but the guy inside says that he's out of weapons, cause Ratchet bought all the weapons 11 years ago.
(And don't forget Slim Cognito scaring crag out of Ratchet)
That's just a formatless idea
Ratchet could just say "I think it's time to up my arsenal!"

Wow, this topic is growing fast. Soon we'll have to start a separate forums for that (RG Animations Forum). Anyway, I would imagine it like that:

Ratchet: It's not my fault Insomniac take away all the arsenal I collect every game! Man, I miss the old RYNOs…
I'm happy that I we already have a big crew! I always wanted to do an R&C projects, and now i have one

I dunno', I think they can be 3 - 5 minutes long. I mean… even a short animation takes a lot of time.
