Guys… about the animation… I thought it could be like the comic with camera moving to keep hand art at best (one does not simply draw something, scans it and then animates it)

Did Disney have a still images 'animation'? Anyway, from what I see, you're good with Photoshop (your art is coloured very nice). I guess you can work on coloring and detailing Toasty's (more cartoonish) work. I'm glad to see the beggining of the project looks good. Let's see how it turns out.
