No. It will be far far worse. I've heard only bits and pieces because I don't want to hear the Dutch version. For example; Elsa sings how the makes pillars out of 'rock' and how trains are coming by. Lucky for us English is a primary language when it comes to media like movies and video games.
Movies aimded at a youngr audience are usually dubbed, but most cinemas give you the option to watch the 'original' as well with Dutch subtitles. The Netherlands is a very tourist friendly counry, cause you get to turn on your TV and watch CSI (or whatever) in English.
Don't worry, in our version the song makes her sound like the antagonist of the movie, which goes completely against the point.

Because they changed the entire cast for ACiT (Clank and Nefarious are definitely the best voices in the game though).

Well, that's why they changed him for ACiT, although that makes him sound pretty bland and generic.
