Thread: WHat have you bought today?

2 is widely considered to be the worst in the series, though I really loved 2. I can see why others wouldn't though (aside from people who hate it because Raiden isn't Snake). Its unfortunately got probably the most boring setting/atmosphere in the series.

Agreed.

I did however enjoy the game, but games like MGS4, Peace Walker and MGS3 have way more going for them… although MGS3 had arguably the worst villain ever

Anyway today I didn't buy anything for myself, I got brought a whole heap of things by other people! Most notable of these things were The Last of Us and $50 worth of PSN money.

Now I have 2 questions to ask myself: What ever will I buy on PSN… will I buy that LBP DC Comics season pass? and How ever will I get to sleep after playing that game?

Looks nice, I really have to try MGS, what kind of game is it (genre)?

Confession: I tried out MGS 2 a while ago, I seriously prefer it over 3. I think the controls from the series fit a fixed cam much better than a free one.
Thats just me though.

Yea MGS2 had a 100% fixed camera, while MGS3 had a free one. BUT You can press one of the buttons on the D-pad to pop it into top-down. It's possible in top-down because the original release didn't have a free camera. It is hard to transition from the awesomeness of top-down to 3rd person, but after a little while you realise that it sure does work… a little while depends on your skill level though.

Went to a fleamarket today. Had to sit on my money like a hawk because I can't spend too much. Had to leave a Kirby 20th Ann NTSC and a few cool PS2 games behind. But I did manage to spend my €12,60 on the real good stuff

How do you pick Mario and Sonic 2010 over Kirby 20th Anniversay? You're essentially getting the best Kirby games in one cheap disc.

It missed the sleeve and it was NTSC. I can only play PAL format, so I would have re-selled it. I pick stuff for myself over re-sellers.
