Which one of the two sidekicks do you think got the better PSP game?
Never played Daxter, but I heard it was better than SAC. If it was Daxter vs. Clank (character) thread though, my choice would be Clank.
Yeah, Daxter was the better spinoff game. It had fewer glitches, better gameplay, a better difficulty curve, a better storyline, nicer graphics, better animations, shorter loading times, and it actually fit into the continuity of the series; whereas SAC was just a non-canon spinoff with long loading times, awkward animations, weird graphics a cheesy storyline, an inconsistent and nonsensical difficulty curve, dull and badly designed gameplay aspects and a lot of glitches…
I always thought that Daxter to Jak is more independent, compared to Clank to Ratchet. Thus, I hyped a bit more about ‘Daxter‘, my first PSP game. SAC hit my eye, too, but I like the spin-off with the furry one more. Of course, if I had to compare sucessing games, TLF can‘t compare to the Future saga. The rating good:bad game is 0:1 for J&D and 5:2 for R&C.
I think it's more fair to compare SM to TLF…
Of course R&C still wins but it's mor fair this way.
