Well, yeah, but they're a little like Gogo, Fred, Wasabi, and Honey Lemon from Big Hero 6. They're mostly there to fill out the group, help out during the action scenes and provide some comedy, while the main focus and development goes to Hiro and Baymax/Ratchet, Clank and Qwark. Cora, Brax and Elaris aren't fully fleshed out characters, but, like Gogo, Fred, etc., they don't really need to be, at least not in this movie. If we get a sequel and they're in it, of course they should be fleshed out more when the time comes.

certainly they have nothing to do with the original story as Dr. nefarious but I like these characters and the problem that we have not seen in motion when you decide to make a trailer might change your mind

I saw Zootopia too. Pretty fantastic movie apart from the rowdy kids that were there. I'm gonna have to rewatch it down the line.
Frozen itself wasn't that bad, it's just very overhyped and overrated.
At my theater they showed trailers for every upcoming family movie, except strangely, not R&C. There wasn't even a poster there. I'm not even sure if they're gonna show it here.
