Lol, i played QfB, on hoolevar island, i managed to hit the crate in the middle, the one on top was explosive, the one on the bottom was normal. So the one in the middle was destroyed, and the top explosive one fell down to the one at the bottom, and the explosiv one kina went INTO the normal one and twitched around… and then it shot up in the air… about 10 secs later it came down.. and killed me i think..
The king of all glitches! I havent yet seen or heard of anyone else discovering this glitch, so i must be the first!
I dont think i will ever be able to show pictures but i can explain how you too can witness the greatness of hovering over a giant circut board in the middle of nowhere!
Items you will need:
Decoy Glove
Co-ordinates to planet Barlow
Therminator
Knoledge of the glitch that gets you through walls! I'll explain…
When you go to Barlow find the elevator that gets you up into the room that you first use the Therminator in. You must make sure the water is frozen, then jump down onto the ice, go to the wall on the other side of the room, the left corner is where you wanna go. Press up against the wall & use the glitch with your Decoy Glove to go through it! (to go through you must press up against the wall an go into aim mode then look down and place one on your left and another on your right! Then a final one right in front of you. This is to push you through using massive force!). On the other side you must stay on the ice and dont jump outwards! (you will fall and die) Thaw the Ice and when in the water go and swim out into the air! When you are a reasonable distance away from the patch of water you left before go under. You are swimming under! But DO NOT GO BACK UP! (the purpose of you going under is to use Clank's Turbo Jets (R1) Now you are ready for your long journey. To find the Electrolyser! To find the Electrolyser go into your map and scroll to the top left corner! Swim in that direction until you see what looks like a bunch of black pannels appearing! No your eyes are not tricking you. As you get closer it will become more and more like i GIANT ELECTROLYSER!

When you wrote about the decoy glitch, i remembered the time i was glitching around on every R&C game i had. R&C 3 was the motherload for me 
About 5 big glitches each planet 
SOOO on the laser defence room.. or whatever on marcadia, there is a glitch i call the "Killer Glitch" 
Because my mom took my PS2 i can just slightly remember this, where you defeat the first Robot-controlling Tyrrhanoid, there is a room behind him, and in the right corner you have to glitch through.
(stand in the corner, throw a mini turret right in front of you and it will push you through the wall.)
So then, you have to hover a bit…
Untill you see something looking like you ship without any wings.. 
Land on it, on the right you see the floating "G" of the Gadgetron vender, and some flower pots.
The Background is all Brown.
If you do this again, you have to try going left while hovering, you will die because you wont be able to stand anywhere, but you can watch some odd stuff, like some troopers without legs even thyrranoids weapons 
Sooo… why i call it the killer glitch?
Because you have to reload the game, or you will get stuck cause theres no ground..
Uh, yes, I too stumbled upon that glitch! Was really cool! Though I did it differently.
And someone else has swam to the Electrolyser? What are the chances of that, its pretty well hidden, I was lucky to find it! Oh well…
I also found out a fair amount of glitches on every planet of ToD! Using Razor Claws!
Kerwan: Got out of the city!
Cobolia: Got to the tip top of the Gel Plant! (Highest point)
Kortog: Got to the Hall of Knowledge without even passing by a singe enemy (except the first 4) And without collecting the robowings!
Fastoon: got to the Dimension where you fight Tachyon
Mukow: Got onto one of them Islands wayyy off in the distance there (they arent to pretty close up)
Apogee Space Station: Got ON TOP OF THE SPACE STATION!
Ardolis: Got inside the treasure room (the gold is fake)
Rykan V: Who needs a Gyro Cycle?
Sargasso: See them high as cliffs! Yup, been there
Mukow again: Trying to go onto the arena… Or in, without using the teleporter!
Kereli Comet: Got to a very very very high point on the Iris Supercomputer! It was high! Used all my ammo getting there… One day I will get to the top…
Viceron: Got on some cliffs, and to a high point on the prison… That place sure is hard!
Jasindu: Got on top of the Kerchu fortress!
Ublik Passage: On top of one of the towers (was a decent climb!)
Reepor: Up to the Clank area, as Ratchet
Igliak: Got to some places in the city that were pretty hidden… Memory is a bit foggy though
Return to Fastoon: Working on it

Ok, so as you probably guessed, there are two kinds of glitches:
Good ones, the kind that allows you to get out of the map or do all sorts of exploring stuff.
And Bad ones.. the kind of glitches that brake your game, and often occur randomly.
I've had a bad one since i got my (rather weird) copy of the HD collection.
And worse, i can't get it away, so i'm making the best out of it, which is showing you how weird it is!

I finally got a Phone, so now i'm able to provide some media!
So, this is how my Weapons menu looks like: (Yes it's in German)
So as you can see, the top left weapon (normally the Shock Blaster) is replaced with the icon of the Boltgrabber device, it even says it in the title. Yet it shows the description of the Shock Blaster, as well as the image of its V1 form. (I've actually fully upgraded the Shock Blaster before the glitch occured. That's why it says "full" under the image.)
Also interesting, under the title it says 000/000 ammo, and 0 power.
Under the Boltgrabber icon you can see a white square. For some reason, my Holo Shield glove is replaced with it, and there is no description and the title simply says "#".
Also, under the N60 Storm icon, there is the symbol of the Map-O-Matic.
This is how those three weird icons look like in the quick select:
The empty field is where i had the white square.
Using any of these glitched weapons would have Ratchet acting like he's holding the wrench, yet his hands would be empty.
Oddly enough though, when equipping the Map-O-Matic, a small blue light would appear in front of Ratchet holding nothing:
That blue thing is not a reflection or something like that, it actually is in game! You can see it when you turn the camera around him.
I have further stuff to show you, but i think this post is long enough for now 
All i can say is: There will be a chicken. Or better, there will be NO chicken.
