1. Go to picasion.com
2. Browse for the images you want to put in it
3. If you need more than 3 spaces, click "Add one more picture"
4. Choose size and speed
5. When done, click "create animation".

I do it a rather cheap way, I just rapidly click Play/Pause until I get where I wanna be, take the screenshot, double click Play/Pause and take another… There is probably a much better way of doing this.
