Just being kind and active on the forums are the big ones I think?
How do you know it could be years? The site could get pretty active over the release/announcement of a new Ratchet & Clank game within a few days, which could lead to positions opening up I'd imagine.

yeah,i think that wouldn't happen,it's already announced the R&C FF Assault in the ORIGINAL R&C Site

The problem is a lot of american and international people finds the site… figures out it's french and leaves it without knowing about the little british falg in the corner… if it would be added a bigger flag there would be a lot more people visiting this place… but you guys have a lot more activity than good old Starship-Phoenix… they are having 0 activity right now…
The American flag should be a bit bigger, otherwise people who do visit the French site will not notice about the english version of Ratchet Galaxy
