Ratchetruler is right; why else is there a Halo 4 that recently came out without Bungie's involvement?
Bungie sold the series since they felt they had made enough games for the series and sold the series to a good game making company.

I think that there will be an Angela Cross skin in FFA.
They said they had a lot of skins planned.
Well Skins is definetley something… there has been rumors about new levels in the campaing mode too!

This is the only thing we've heard of the story getting more maps; a quote from James Stevenson.
"yes, we'll have DLC. Lots of paid skins, as well as free content to expand the game / competitive (maps)."
"game" could be referring to the singleplayer. But that's the closest we've got to them saying we'll get singleplayer DLC.
I'd say it's unlikely that we'll get SP DLC, but there is a chance.
I'm not getting DLC though. Its the 2nd dummest idea in gaming history so far. You buy an incomplete game for full price to spend even more on the other 70% of it -.-
Well… they can't drag me in to that.
I dunno though, games like Little Big Planet keep getting DLC added, whether new levels, kits or costumes and a reasonable amount of it is free. It's a good way of adding extra content to a game that couldn't be developed due to time, or that gamers request.
But I don't tend to buy, just get the free stuff 
I think dlc is great. especially in this game cause when you are done with the game you kinda feel sad about being doen with it, but then you still have DLC to give you. so i think we can expand qforce to last all the way until the next RandC game (it is probably coming.)!
So it is a great way of making a "game that never ends" And the fact of one of the new costume packs for FFA is free shows that there will be made free ones, and who knows? maybe they make a Ratchet santa costume… 
Although I do think the multiplayer could have been made for more people, so rather than 2v2 maybe 4v4. IG managed to get 32 people in one multiplayer match in Resistance 2 so it can't be beyond them. Although a 32 person match in FFA could be overkill.

Hmmm yeah… and the team making FFA made resistance too. but i think they need more characters/skins to make it possible… it would be weird to have 32 ratchets on the battlefield

Well that's one way to look at it.
Insomniac aren't like that. The real game expansions are new maps and game modes; all of which are going to be completely FREE. The skins are just little bonuses that Insomniac are putting out there, you've already got tones of skins in the game itself (and a free skin pack) you don't need the extras. But if you love Insomniac and want to show your support to the masterminds behind the series why not buy a skin pack or two?
And it's hardly an incomplete game, you get a good coop story, skill points, gold bolts, a unique competitive mode and trophies for $20, do you think that's incomplete? Insomniac never make DLC to complete a game, they do it to improve it.
