Just came home from the HG; Catching Fire premiere. Both the first and second from 21:00 to 3:00. Uber awesome! Not completely one line with the book, but thats okay. Still was great to see and most of the key scenes were there. Anyone else going soon?

I read the first book and watched the first movie. It was okay, nothing all that special or new.
I've read the entire trilogy and watched the first movie way too many times. Love the series! The books are written in the way I like it and there's enough of excitement and unpredictable plottwists. The movie is a very good book-to-movie too. The characters may not quite look like how I imagined them, but the rest is very accurate.
…and has a soundtrack from James N. Howard. My favorite composer ^^
Well the movies will never be exactly how you envisioned them in the books, and that's the wondrous thing about books.
There's a few movies where the characters are very alike to my versions though. But HG is the least similar, but luckly its almost one line with the book. Sure, there's many scenes missing. But the ones that are there are done very well.
