I don't dare open that spoiler (I cut myself off from trailers for U4, especially story trailers), but I assume you're talking about the 'Art Theft'?
Cause I completely understand Naughty Dog's shame, they truly didn't do it on purpose. I'm guilty of this too. Sometimes you just find the pérfect texture on Google Images. So just Photoshop it a bit and none the wiser. Naughty Dog just had the bad luck it ended up being Assassin's Creed concept art.

Yes, and no. I am talking about theft but not about art from Assassin's Creed. And it is not much of spoiler but more of a comparison between U4's plot and the plot of one of the R&C games ( I am not saying here which one for spoiler reason). Anyway I might be wrong anyway.
Oh, and by the way, that trailer doesn't give away a lot, actually hardly anything. It mostly shows already shown gameplay and cinematics.

All I know is that it has something to do with pirates, has Last of Us'ey gameplay and Troy Baker is Nate's brother. S'all I know. If the trailer confirms more than that, I'm staying away from it.

Well… at least there's always the possibility of a new Crash Bandicoot game to look forward to…

It may not be made by Naughty Dog, but a Sony employee slipped up at a convention and accidentally confirmed that they had bought the rights to Crash Bandicoot.

The Last of Us style gameplay!? I was hoping for Uncharted 3 style! + some. But yea, I have seen all the footage and trailers, and am at the same conclusion as you. They don't seem to give away much spoilery info. But hey, maybe I missed something. But you must see that gameplay trailer with the truck trying to run them over! That was really quite alright.

That doesn't seem like a solid confirmation to me. It could still just as easily not happen.

Oh, I've seen the truck gameplay. I alwahs watch E3 live. Setting the alarm for 03:00 in the morning. Worth it!

There's also apparently a guy on reddit leaking stuff, such as that it's been in development for 6-12 months already, which would explain the Crash t-shirt.
