Oooh, so finally? emoji
I have no idea who that is though emoji

Still no Indonesia? Do I really have to go to Thailand to watch the movie?! Argh, I'll just wait for further info or maybe until they release it on DVD.

I still can't believe Paul Giamatti is voicing Drek.
Such a good actor…

We don't know if the movie is good or not yet… Well, Elaris made my expections drastically drop, but we still don't know that…

It's a Rainmaker movie, what did you expect?
The only thing keeping my hopes alive all this time was the possibility that they'd mostly use assets from the games, it's lazy but it's better than whatever we got.
Now that my hopes have been shattered into billions of pieces, all my attention is going towards the game, which is why I'm so excited about Paul Giamatti since Drek is probably one of the only characters the game will share with the movie excluding Ratchet, Clank and Qwark.

Apparently we know who the cameraman is.
But… what exactly does a cameraman do in an animated movie?

Um… Are you sure? I mean, since they are both sharing the same 'vision', I doubt they'd exclude characters as important for the movie's story as Cora or Grimoth, who acts as the main hero's menthor after all… As to the movie's quality, well, Raimaker only does the animation and everything I've seen so far (except for the one, whose name shall not be mentioned) it looked pretty solid for a non-PIXAR/DreamWorks/Blue Sky movie. And if TJ did at least as good as with the games (that are not called "Into the Nexus"emoji, it won't be THAT bad… At least we know the voice cast will keep us entertained (if we get to see the movie in English that is…emoji.

Sharing the same vision isn't exactly telling the same story.
I'd imagine that, if these characters were to appear in the game, they'd simply be NPCs with one or two lines of dialogue, just like the Rangers in UYA.

And Rainmaker's animation isn't bad, however their designs are. None of the characters in their movies so far look remotely appealing, and we all know about the Sly Cooper scandal by now.

Yeah, technically they're animation is good, which is why I'm even more suprised by this lady… I won't be suprised, if it turns out that the game will look better than the movie emoji

Speaking about Rainmaker, I've watched one of their movies, "Escape from Planet Earth", and judging from the ending, I'm worried that they also decide to spare Drek's life in the end.

Actually, the first game is the only one where Ratchet and Clank actually kill the main bad guy.
In the other games, they either kill themselves, get arrested or are trapped in a remote location.

As I said earlier, Rainmaker are responsible for animation only. The writing, the directing and the other things are done by people who didn't have anything to do with EfPE.

It's probably just the lighting from the scene she was taken from. Judging by the speaker-headset, she's probably just a filler character who spends most of her time on the bridge giving intel.
Also, congrats on 3 moons!
