Thread: Really Random thread

Am I the only one in here who hates dubbed movies or games? (I haven't watched the videos, though. But in Indonesia, they always use the same voice actors for like hundreds of different movies. So it's horrible)

Eh, did I just double post previously? My apologies. Surfing this web on a mobile is pretty difficult

And yes, it's the same the other way around. When I read German I feel like someone put a Dutch book in a blender. I've had German classes for 2 years in highschool. I never got the rules behind: die, der, das and all their little variations. Gotta love English where everything is the by default. emoji

Oh god.. German grammar is horrifying! I used to get so annoyed in French lesson because of all the different forms and exceptions, until i realized that some guys in France need to learn German, which is.. like.. ten thousand times worse emoji

Still don't know why i took Latin after all that Language-hate though.. emoji

In Germany they teach French? I seriously thought that you guys only had German. I remember my first few France classes, hated that s***. Dutch, English, French, German, etc. that enough languages for you, Dutch government?

And as far as dubs go; flick em to hell. Lucky me BeNeLux video games have all languages on disc and even cinemas en TV show the original version. But that included Danish, Swedish… I'd rather see an English dub of those.

I took Latin just so I could improve my English! I dont know any other languages.

Not Germany, Switzerland. We speak Swiss German, learn German, then get to hate French and appreciate English. And if you're dumb like me, you pick Latin for 2.5 more years.. emoji

So we *should* all be able to speak 3 languages.

Ah, I see. Swiss is nice, Germans feel like Frenchman. They speak a little English but flatout refuse to speak it.

I know it's stereotype, but please tell you have a real Swiss Bernese Mountain Dog!

I don't hate dubs that much, probably because we're pretty good at making them (from what I've heard our Shrek dub was considered the best version of the movie, beating even the original). And how can I hate something I keep uploading on my channel emoji

Well.. it's more a French fluffy rabbit-cat-dog.. I don't think he'd be that useful in a mission. emoji

Chances of our Yorkie being a Czech dog… nah…

Ah, a poodle then? emoji

Well, at least you're not really stressed thinking about grammatical stuffs emoji
