I just assumed this was in the new timeline, in which Ratchet hasn't really met anything yet. Either way, Ratchet can still meet another Lombax that turns out to be Azimuth again.
We've already had a wish for constructo weapons, but I'll grant it anyway, but with the catch that they are identical in every way to those found in ACiT.
