The boss fight will now be incredibly hard, and there will be a countdown (with no clock) that complicates things, making this boss fight the most hated boss battle in R&C history.
I wish for spherical worlds in the new game. (Like the moons in GC, UYA, and ACiT)
Spherical worlds will return, but the gravity is all jumbled up, and all of your weapons fire straight out into space. This makes combat and platforming really really tricky.
I wish for space radio stations like in ACiT.
There will only be 6 tracks per station, and only 3 stations, so the music will get really repetitive. (The last two ruinations are actually quite close to the truth, ACiT!)
I wish for the new game to have a bunch of references to Uselesspodcasts.
Uselesspodcasts?
I knew barely anyone would understand what that was. It's a YouTube Channel (and a website) by two ex-Insomniacs, as they play through R&C2 and 3 together, giving their insight into the development of those games with each episode. They are supposed to be doing R&C1, but they must be busy with the indie game they are developing.

Since they are ex-Insomniacs, the game is actually full of IG's hate against them and the movie is basicǎly saying "don't watch Uselesspodcasts".

Qwark not being president leads to a depressing scenario which leads to Qwark going into an extreme depression, from with he looses most of what we love about his personality. It also plunges the galaxy into a situation where no evil can occur, leading to the end of R&C's adventures as we know it.
I wish for a fully customizable ship like in Going Commando.
Yea, that would be awesome! But wait, there's a catch. They bring back the awesome customisation, but along with them come larger, more cramped, and more disorientating than ever ship missions (From R&C2). Oh and there will be heaps of really hard ring challenges like from R&C2, although now they have to be done to progress through the main path of the story.

Tony Abbott is the president of the galaxy. I am well aware that that wish was already granted, but I was just dying to say that.
I wish there would be a minigame with PS1 graphics.
