Insomniac already announced it will come out in the US November 12. They said that ages ago I think, but I can't remember the date for other countries, the one you're looking at is probably right.
But you can never usually rely on what retail stores say if there is no official news from the developer, because retail stores use placeholders which are rough estimates.
