I did. Turns out you have to delete your file, then reinstall it, but pause the 1.06 download. However, you have to do that EVERY TIME you turn on your ps4, so I decided it's not worth it…

Where Ratchet gets the first RYNO holocard, Ratchet can use his thrusterpack to fly under the building! Then, he will be automatically forced under water, allowing him to swim ANYWHERE!
After much patience, I was finally able to play and fully enjoy R&C PS4. Man, was it an awesome game. It makes me want more R&C on PS4!
